PCB- Design

From the schematics, we draw a single or multi- layer PCB (max. 4 layers) and we can etch it if the PCB has max. 2 layers.
The PCB is 1mm thick, with a 35μm copperlayer. For other specifications, please mention them in the request form.

The pcb-layout can be supplied with the PCB's on chalk paper or slide, or as pdf. Or, if requested, the gerber files can be supplied as well.

PCB - Layouts

Drilling

We can drill your PCB:
=> 0.5mm to 1mm in steps of 0.1mm
=> 1.5 mm to 10 mm in steps of 0.5 mm

Tinning

Advantages :
=> Less oxidation of the copper, PCB is protected against fingerprints.
=> Easier soldering.
